Our client, Yoppworks, is an application development consulting company specializing in digital transformation and Cloud native modernization and headquartered in Ottawa, Canada with offices in Montreal, Toronto, and Frisco, Texas.  YoppWorks, an 80-person firm founded in 2016 by serial entrepreneur, Jack Gulas, is focused on open source, cloud native, microservices using the Reactive Architecture and domain driven design, mainly on GCP.  The transaction is expected to increase Improving’s annualized revenue significantly, resulting in a collective annualized revenue exceeding $200 million, and will further expand its geographic reach within the Canadian market.
